HUMANITY encompasses Lippke’s work with humanitarian organizations across Eastern Africa, Central America, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. These photographs are grounded in long-term engagement rather than crisis spectacle, focusing on daily life within conditions of instability, displacement and recovery. The work resists simplification, attending instead to the complexity of resilience as it is lived: through family structures, labor, grief, care and persistence.
