SAINT THOMAS FIFTH AVENUE

Saint Thomas Fifth Avenue is an Episcopal church that sits in the geographic center of Manhattan between MoMA and the crowded sidewalks of Fifth Avenue. It has one of the last remaining boys choirs in the English-speaking world and attracts a colorful cross section of personalities with its grand liturgy, gothic architecture and continual flow of spiritual symbolism. This series is an attempt to explore humanity and spirituality within the context of an evolving ancient tradition located in a contemporary urban setting.
